Realtor Care Day
Our project for 2025 was completed by many of our members helping a very kind homeowner in Delaware County off of Berlin Station Road!
The Homeowner built his home with his wife by his side and raised their family on this property for many years! He continues to live here while seeing so many of the ongoing changes as the community grows through the years.
It was a great day in June with many of our DCBR Realtors and Affiliate Members working side by side to help a member of our community!!

Alzheimer's Association
DCBR is partnering with The Alzheimer's Association this year to raise funds for a great cause!
First: Our DCBR Members generously donated many baskets of which we had fun Raffling off during the First Friday in August Downtown Delaware's Celebration! Thank you to our community for supporting the Raffle and raising over $1,100 for The Alzheimer's Association!
Second: Please join us on Saturday, October 4th for the Annual Delaware County Alzheimer's Association Walk to raise funds for a great cause of which will take place in Downtown Delaware!
