Recent Projects and Networking Events
2024
Realtor Care Day
Our project for 2024 was two-part.
One was organizing, and refreshing the landscape around the Promise House at 39 N. Washington Street.
The Second was the Vance house at 138 N. Franklin Street. This veteran had lost an arm and a couple fingers recently, and our group transformed their back yard into an inviting area, as well as cleaning up the front porch and yard.

After Hours
Our first June after hours was held in Delaware at the Sandbar. Our Sponsors were, Emergency Plumbing and Heating, Bridge title, and Kemba Credit Union.

Disaster Relief
A partnership with NAR in collaboration with Ohio Realtors and Delaware County Board of Realtors has resulted in $6,250 of funds to date, to several Delaware County residents from the Disaster Relief Fund. Shown below is April Scowden, Director, and a grateful Delaware County residents recipient.
