I, hereby, apply for admission to the Delaware County Board of REALTORS® as an Affiliate Member. I agree that if my application is accepted, I will abide by the Constitution, Bylaws and all other Rules, Regulations and Resolutions adopted by the Delaware County Board of REALTORS® and the Delaware County Area TOUR Association; and adhere to the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®.
“COMPANY MEMBERSHIP” The annual dues are $150.00 per year, includes one representative. Additional representatives may be added at a cost of $25.00 each, provided all representatives have the same mailing address as the company. The $150.00 annual dues shall be prorated quarterly as follows:
- $150.00 Jan. 1 – Mar. 31,
- $112.50 Apr. 1 – Jun. 30
- $75.00 Jul. 1 – Sept. 30
- and $37.50 Oct. 1 – Dec. 31.
The additional representative fee of $25.00 will not be pro-rated.
Dues are to be paid in full at time of applying for membership. Dues are non-refundable once application is accepted for membership. We accept checks, venmo, and credit cards.

Contributions or gifts to the Delaware County Board of REALTORS® are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, dues payments may be deductible by members as an ordinary and necessary business expense.
