2024 DCBR Realtor of the Year is Shannon Brewster

Shannon was licensed as a Realtor in 2015 and at that time chose the Delaware County Board of Realtors as her primary Board. She is currently our board President and has served as a director six times since 2018. Acting as chair for several committees such as Public Relations, Program and Sales Advisory as well as serving on Building and Grounds, Program, Nominating and Core Standards. Currently she serves on the Convention committee for the Ohio Realtors and has served as Chair and member of the Delaware Shade Tree Commission.

Being a Landscape Designer for over 20 years she is known for her creative ideas and has shared her skills for updates made at our own board office and Realtor Care Day.

Currently she resides in Delaware with her Husband David and their teenagers, Hawk and Sunny. She enjoys spending her free time with family, including her eldest daughter Brittni, son in law Brandon and their three children Sophia, Juliet and Liam whom also live in Delaware.
