A DCBR Realtor member that has given unselfishly of his/her time for the betterment of the Board and it’s members.

Realtor-Citizen of the Year
A DCBR Realtor that has given of their time on a voluntary basis to their community to benefit the citizens of Delaware County.
- Must be a Realtor in good standing with the Delaware County Board of Realtors.
- Realtors giving of their time on a voluntary basis to their community to benefit the citizens of Delaware County.
- Complete application, giving as much information as possible.

Rookie of the Year
A newly licensed Realtor member, of less than three years, that actively participates in Board activities; deserving recognition for their enthusiasm, time and talent given for the betterment of the Delaware County Board of Realtors.
- Member less than three (3) years and newly licensed.
- Active participation in Board activities deserving recognition for their enthusiasm, time and talent given for the betterment of the Delaware County Board of Realtors.
- Submit Realtor’s name in writing, giving your reasons for making nomination no later than 5:00 p.m. Thursday, November 8, 2007.

Affiliate of the Year
A DCBR Affiliate member that shows extraordinary efforts of time and talent for the betterment of the Delaware County Board of Realtors.
- Active participation in the Board activities.
- Extraordinary efforts of time and talent given for the betterment of the Delaware County Board of Realtors.
- Submit Affiliate’s name in writing, giving your reasons for making nomination no later than 5:00 p.m. Thursday, November 8, 2007.

Million Dollar Club
Giving recognition to DCBR Realtors who have achieved outstanding sales performance with a minimum of one million dollar is sales for year.

OAR President’s Sales Club
For DCBR Realtors that have applied for sales award recognition with the state with a minimum of one million dollar in sales for the year.

Contributions made for the protection of private property rights and homeownership.
